It looks like Kenneth Gladney is finally going to get his day in court…..unfortunately the perpetrators of the crimes against him will only face misdemeanor charges. Even though Mr. Gladney was beaten pretty severely and called racial slurs 3 months ago, apparently there will be no hate crime or felony assault charges as justice for him. It is a sad day in America when justice is doled out according to perceived political affiliations.
